Michael Coop is great to work with. He sticks by his word and delivers a quality home. I wouldn't trust anyone else to build my home.

Bought a house from Coop Construction just over 5 years ago, have lived in it since. Absolutely love the house, zero problems within those 5 years, great fit & finish. Would highly recommend this builder and his team.

Built the First home in 2003 it was a 8 Out of 10. He was a new builder at the time.Built a second house in 2020. Excellent house, no problems, excellent property drainage. Best house I've ever lived in. Anything wrong was fixed. Easy to work and communicate with. third house in 2026 Great build, beautiful Home, small things went wrong. They came out right away and fixed them. Still under warranty. Great drainage in a very wet area, On my property in Canaveral Groves. Very happy with my build, would use Coop Construction to build number four house. Great job.!!! I will recommend Coop Construction to anyone in the future.

I had the pleasure of using Coop Construction for my first home build. Mike and his team were very responsive with great feedback to make sure every detail came out perfect. Couldn't be happier with our first build. Highly recommend!!

We built with Coop Construction in 2022. Mike and his team handled the entire process with ease, efficiency and proficiency. From start to finish, they listened to our requests and accommodated every change. The finishes are not standard builder quality. Mike and his team clearly take pride in everything they do and raise the bar for quality and service. You won't find a better team in North Brevard, whether you choose a custom build or go with a floor plan he already offers, you will be thrilled you chose them in the end. Our project was completed in 6 months after breaking ground and we are now enjoying making it our own. Thanks, Coop Construction, for bringing us home!
